Looking for a kids/teen book about 5 kids in south or North Carolina who are friends and work as a group to solve mysteries.

Read this book series a long time ago and really liked it. The main character is a girl who moved to South Carolina (or north? Somewhere in the south) with her parents, she’s maybe 12 or something? She meets these group of kids who are already friends (I think?) who have lived in the town she moved a long time already. I think there’s some clique-ish stuff going on between the rich and the poor in the series.

Throughout the series, there’s some mysterious crime or issue that the kids have to resolve. One of the kids is super technologically gifted, another is this, another is that, they all have some skill to bring in fighting crime.

I *think* in one of the books (it may have been a trilogy?) the mystery of that book was defusing some bomb.

I’ve been trying to find this series for a long time. I want to say the titles of the books were one liners that had the word “code” or “mastermind” or something in them, but I could be very dramatically wrong so that part is with a grain of salt.
