Laptop thinks it's on and charging when it's not either

I was playing games with my laptop hooked to a monitor when it started glitching out. I decided to just restart it but it never came back on and even after unplugging everything from it it still refuses to turn on. However, the power button has a light on and the lights on the side indicate it's both charging and on, but the lights on the keyboard are also off so idk if it's on or not. I've tried holding the power button for so many lengths of time, plugged and unplugged in, pressed and then put the charger back in, and pressed the NOVO button. Laptop is a IdeaPad Gaming 3. Any help would be appreciated.
