[windowsXP] [1980-2009] Please help me find my favorite childhood dinosaur game.

I've been looking for a dinosaur game for a while now. I don't remember the name, but I can describe some of the details I vaguely remember. It was a stylized game (closer to realism) about a teenage boy or girl (the player's choice) riding dinosaurs. There were no mechanisms or anything modern. The game was quite old, as far as I remember, it was still on Windows XP. The game was distinguished by its style. It was brightly colored, and the main characters' outfits were somewhat similar to Horizon Zero Dawn. The whole point was to level up your dinosaur like a pet and find new ones, while you could also fight other dinosaurs. The view was mostly third-person while riding. If you recognize anything familiar, please leave the name in the comments. Maybe not all is lost, and I'll finally be able to find it and play again.
