I have the chance to buy a MT09-SP, thoughts?

I am in a position to trade my Sportster in to a HD dealership for a 2023 MT09-SP for about 12k OTD probably get them down to 10. Bike has 1600 miles on it.

I've always wanted to own that sweet CP3 motor but insurance was going to kill me in costs, would you pull the trigger?
