Would you walk away from a job that pays around $155,000 a year and maybe only requires 3 hours of real focus for something that pays more?

I've been with a company for 5 years, and I make over $130k a year + a bonus that brings the total to around $155,000 a year. The job is so easy that, honestly, I only need about 3 hours a day to finish my actual work. I have projects, but they rarely have tight deadlines. Also, I'm not a manager, so no one reports to me. Overall, the job is very comfortable.

The main downside is that I'm bored. I feel like I'm no longer really growing or developing, neither professionally nor even as a person. The company has fewer than 120 employees, and I'm pretty much the person the owner of the company turns to for everything. He asks me for my opinion on things, and we work together on new ideas, deals, and projects.

But there isn't much room for promotion or moving up. I just got a few extra PTO days as a "raise," along with a 6% raise a few weeks ago. So that's probably my growth for now.

What would you do? Would you stay in an easy job that brings in around $155k a year, or would you look for something that might pay more while also challenging you enough to grow and develop?
