UK Returns

I think reformation changed its FAQ recently and made it more complicated to follow specifically for EU and UK returns.

Since our consumer protection (yay) means that we can return items within 14 days, even if they are marked final sale if bought online, are we able to return this in person to the store? Or does it have to be mailed?

Side note: I feel like returning in the store is so much better, because it means that the very many dresses that other people will want to buy that are sold out online in popular sizes, can be bought in store rather than having them shipped to a warehouse and shipped back.
