AITAH for wanting my bedroom door to stay locked so I can sleep?

So me (M) and my sister (F) share a jack and Jill style bathroom so we are always butting heads. For her job she’s gone most of the time but when she comes back home which is for a couple days every week or two I have decided to use the guest bathroom across the house to let her have the bathroom and so I don’t have to hear her complain about locked doors. I usually just keep the door to her bedroom locked for convenience. But today she brought her boyfriend back with her and don’t get me wrong he’s a good guy but my doors were both locked well until someone decided to unlock the door with some special key. I haven’t figured out how to unlock the locks because why would I need that skill in my own home? But of course my sister apparently needs it so early I hear her jiggling our bathroom door open and then later her and her boyfriend unlocked my main door and they were saying my name and he put his hands on me shacking me saying wake up but nope I did not care and they got bored I didn’t give any feedback. And it’s not like this is the first time it’s happened and I have told her never to do it to me again. It’s honestly annoying being woken up by someone who’s not immediate family. I’m so sick of it I want to replace my door knobs but I know my sister would find a way in or if I tried to buy new doorknobs my dad would say it’s a waste of money. Would I be the AH for doing something about it. I don’t want to rip the family apart but omg I can’t deal with her and her bf constantly doing this to me like it’s okay breaking in and pushing my buttons.
