seller asking for 30 days post occupancy for zero dollars a day

Needing some advice here. I plan on closing on my first home at the end of this month

in the contract, the seller is asking for 30 days post occupancy for $0 a day. There's currently no protections if the seller was not to move out after 30 days. which has got me feeling nervous. because what if they don't move and i have squatter now?

I have been asking my agent to negotiate some sort of post occupancy fees and fees if they were to stay past the 30 days. My agent has been getting back to me pretty quick after inquiring, and she's telling me that the sellers are refusing to pay post occupancy. I don't really want to walk away from this deal because I love the home. I just want some sort of protections for myself in case they do stay past the 30 days.
