what's an event worth investing?

i usually never spend money on this game unless it's for promo diamonds but i thought maybe i can finally get myself a fancy skin or two. i'm curious, which of these skin events is worth investing? i don't mean one that will only give me the skin i want, i'm looking for one that can give me good (like luckybox) skins on the way too, basically a generous one. aspirants? the limited kagura legend?
