Need $2,000k Can Pay Back Quickly

I earn approximately $190,000 per year and am currently dealing with an unexpected financial emergency. My phone was recently stolen, and the person who took it was able to access and drain roughly $12,000 from my bank accounts, leaving me with essentially no funds while the transactions are being disputed.

Under normal circumstances, this would be manageable since I have steady income and am getting paid tomorrow. Unfortunately, the timing coincides with my lease ending on August 15th. I am moving to another apartment within my current building and need approximately $8,100 upfront for the first month’s rent and security deposit.

I previously had two loans through Upstart, both of which I recently paid off in full. However, I was told I need to wait 14 days before I can apply again. My credit score is currently in the 560s, largely due to student loans I co-signed for my sister that later went into default.
