Hello, I am looking to invest 500,000 TND in Tunisian real estate. I want to avoid highly competitive, tourist-heavy areas. I am focusing on Greater Tunis and lobg term rental only. I have already visited neighborhoods like Jardins de Carthage, Les Berges du Lac, L'Aouina, El Manar, and Ariana. I would appreciate some guidance on which area offers the best opportunity.
