Has anyone tried Rugiet? Pricey, but is it worth it?

For context, I’m (36m) taking tadalafil 10mg. I feel like I don’t get as hard as I could be during sex and often climax prematurely. Trying to eat better and be more active + getting better sleep.

Recently came across Rugiet and the claims seem great. Also, online reviews seem great too, but wanted to hear from someone that’s used it before and if it’s worth the price compared to others
