Aula F75 led/rgb issue.Need Help!!

Did anyone face the same issue?

1. The 1! key and the F3 key have faint red glow when the battery indicator is turned on.

2. The third row from the top, `,1,2,3 to delete key. Have same faint red glow. Even when the rgb is off.

Everything else seems to be working fine.

I tried resetting the keyboard. But issue still persists.

It is new keyboard, I bought it last month, 12th july.

Anyone know anything, please help.
