Girls Who Invest (GWI) as a freshman?

Hi! Im a freshman interested in applying to GWI, Im curious if its a disadvantage to apply as a freshman because if you get selected (unlikely for me but still lol) you are very unlikely to get selected again for SIP, the in-person portion as a sophomore. I was wondering if any freshman or anyone who only did OIP could talk about how it helped them get an internship in the following summers! Thank you!
