Am I Able To Cross Into Canada? Details Below:

Someone stole my identity and got caught trafficking firearms and drugs into Canada, they were arrested with my drivers license and used all of my information when they were booked. Fingerprints don't match. So with this having happened I went to the RCMP in NB and got a Criminal Record Check with my fingerprints attached showing as being cleared and signed off by the RCMP who authorized it. Even with this paperwork my life has been HELL getting across and now something else happened.

My child's mother filed a PFA against me on behalf of my son over false allegations, and she then showed up to my home 24 hours later with my child present, and basically set me up and called the police on me for breaking the PFA order and I was arrested.

The PFA hearing was yesterday and my child's mother actually withdrew her motion and requested a dismissal of the PFA because she had no evidence that I had ever done anything to my son, subsequently the criminal charges were dismissed as well based on no evidence.

I have the letters of dismissal from the court alongside my RCMP paperwork, but is it possible that I will be banned, or denied entry based on the PFA and the violation of PFA charge, although the PFA request was withdrawn and the charges were dismissed???
