Need help choosing what to buy around 600 bucks (new or refurbished)

I’ve been hunting for a T14 Gen 3 AMD (6650U or 6850U), but I'm having a hard time finding a decent deal on one right now. Since the RAM is soldered on these, I really don't want to settle for an 8GB model either.

Is it worth holding out for a good T14 Gen 3 AMD deal, or should I look at something else?

I also found this one but it is not a thinkpad so durability isnt as good, price is 600:

Open to older models (like a T14/T14s Gen 2 AMD) or other brands (EliteBooks, Latitudes, etc.) if they're a better bang for the buck refurbished.
