Is she feisty or scared i cant tell

I have two budgies, one is a male, the other female. The males is social and loves us, the female is more anxious. Even though she sees we aren’t a threat and how we always interact with the male, she just isn’t convinced. She will get on our finger if the male is on our finger as well, and sometimes comes to us only if the male is with us and obviously her goal is to be with him not us.

She bites me when i tried to get her to be on my finger to weigh her, and then sleeps in the same position and place i tried to bother her in, so to me it seems she obviously understands she isn’t in any threat or danger. We have had her for 2 years btw, and we offer her food and treats which she will eat, even out of our hand at times. I feel like its in her personality to not really like humans
