Unexplained weight loss

So I've been getting my weight checked at the DR for the last few weeks and I'm extremely underweight. BMI is not normal etc. and I'm eating normally. I'm going to get blood tests done but I been using in high doses for the last 2 years.. whatever damage I did is likely not reversible at this point. I'm afraid it may be liver failure or cancer
