Solo dev, building a fitness app as my graduation project — now trying to get real users before launch

Built a mobile app entirely by myself (Flutter/FastAPI/Postgres) — workout + nutrition tracking with a recommendation engine that uses both together instead of just one. It's Android-first, not live yet, currently pushing to grow the waitlist before launch.

Sharing the real numbers because I think it's more useful than a highlight reel: 4 waitlist signups so far, ~2% landing page conversion from my first traffic push, currently fixing that. If anyone's been through early waitlist growth I'd take any advice
