Anyone see this bug yet?

Hi! I tried to report this to the forum but it won't let me create an account in the game saying there's an unexpected error. I had a ranked game just now and it was kicking almost all of my teammates from the game any time we engaged in a fight. The other team had no DCs the entire game. Has anyone else experienced this? I'd rather believe this is a bug than someone blatantly cheating.
