Lying about drinking?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but yesterday Latiesha Dukes stated that Lindsay told her she hasn’t drank alcohol since 2019. But she told Dr. Tufts that she had been having 2-5 drinks a week and feeling guilty about it, right?
I’m only 15 minutes into her cross so maybe this will be addressed, but that seems significant to me.
