First time seeing Morphe, worried it might be harmful.

I tried downloading the latest YouTube apk from filecr so I can patch it but a YouTube vanced app showed up in the website so I downloaded it and installed it but the installed app ended up being morphe. I'm a bit confused, should I worry about anything. The app works fine for the time being.
