Can anyone help me with some safety score questions?

Hi, I use FSD 100% of the time and I would say that I’m somewhat knowledgeable with the safety score process. I always ran 100 or sometimes 99 if I screwed up in a parking lot or something. The past two weeks I’ve had 3 hard brakes, I first thought they were on FSD but I’ve since identified them to a specific turn into my building. This aside, my score dropped to 95, but here is my issue and question.

First, when I drive (on FSD) my score goes up a point, so yesterday after a drive my score went to 96. Today waking up my score is back to 95. So this has been happening the last two weeks, it goes up one and then down the following day. It even drops on days I didn’t drive. Second, on the hard braking it was at .9% and green until about 3 days ago. Now it’s yellow and one day it says 1% and the day following it says .9%. It feels super erratic, I’m on 2.1 until October then it goes to V3.

I’ve driven 13,000+ miles and I’ve never had an issues until two weeks ago, the 3 phantom braking incidents and the score just fluctuation on the daily makes zero sense. I did speak with Tesla insurance and they said it sounded off and suggested I book service. I have an appointment for next month but just wondering if it’s even worth it? 2025 Model 3 if it helps, thanks!
