Help looking for next steps to take to get out of this mess

So I was chatting with this guy on Reddit I gave him my number stupidly and he started asking for weird shit I wasn’t comfortable with like meeting up with ppl I did it told him I didn’t enjoy it and would like to stop and he didn’t listen I tried going along with it hoping he’d get bored but when I was finally put up with it I confronted him and next thing I know all of my Insta followers and families numbers are being hung over my head to be used against me. He doesn’t want money. He’s trying to keep me as a pet which in my opinion is worse. The only thing I have is his phone number and alternative Instagram account. He lives in Canada based off the area code, but I wanna know how I can get more info on him so I can report him to his local authorities. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
