open tuning fretboard maps for slide

Hey anyone have a good resource or book recommendation for fretboard maps for open tunings?

Sokolow's "Fretboard Roadmaps", although good, doesn't lay out the whole thing.

Would like a resource, doesn't have to be free or online, that ideally has the fretboard laid out showing not just the barre chords but also where given triads reappear on the neck.
