From Fuji to Nikon Z

I have been thinking about trading my Fuji XT5 and lens and getting a z6iii with a Tamron 35-100. Has anyone else done something like this recently?

Some context, I primarily shoot portrait and motor sports, so I am looking for something with a bit more robust autofocus system and lens selection. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks
