Could AI force Disclosure?

So, I was reading this new Atlantic article "It May Be Time to Panic About AI" on bots starting to conspire with one another. I then started to think, what if AI grows more powerful and integrated with everything, including the systems/programs the gate keepers are in charge of. And AI also becomes increasingly autonomous and decides on it's own that for the good of society, disclosure must happen. In response, AI makes a large data dump of documents, high-def videos etc. to journalists, regular smartphones and other forms of media, proving that UAPs, NHI, and the Special Access Programs are real. And this forces Governments to confirm that what AI is showing is true.
