CO2 laser (alone) for upper eyelids

I have mild to moderate eyelid drooping. My lids are not touching my eyelashes and I feel that I'm not ready to do surgery. One of the doctors I consulted with recommended CO2 laser. Has anyone done CO2 laser on the upper eyelids without surgery? If so, can you please share your experience?
