The Tuscon is from a not-well-known, but decently rated mom & pop used car dealership locally. Carfax checks out, but I'm not sure if I should trust a used car dealer.

The Ford Escape and the Sante Fe are both from Carmax, which I hear is more reputable? No idea how out-the-door price works since I can't get one from them. Carfax checks out on them both.

Sante Fe is local, but Escape needs to be shipped in for $250, and will take a week-week and a half to arrive. My rental ends this Friday, but I've got a discounted rate I can pay for.

I can do a large downpayment of 9-10k, but I'm not sure what should I get.
