534 Third Avenue

hello, hoping someone can help me get some guidance here. I was contacted to submit for 534 Third Avenue and my log number is 3XX but I haven’t heard anything since. I did not submit a second round of documents (which I see some did) and I have not toured the unit. 60% AMI and no CB preference. Should I be concerned that I haven’t been asked for a second round of docs/ or to tour? My log number is so low but I’m confused !!
