Ok hear me out.... a joke 'certificate' that officially declares someone ruler of something completely made up (a planet, a country that doesn't exist, whatever), wax seal, fancy font, the whole bit, personalized with their name. Is this actually a great weird gift or does it just scream 'I panicked and Googled last minute'? Need outside opinions before I make a final call on this.
