Can you do anything with rotting avocados?

I feel like this may be a stupid question but whenever bananas go bad, people make banana bread. Whenever strawberries or other berries go bad, people freeze them and use them for smoothies, and you can’t taste their poor taste. My neighbor was kind enough to gift me a huge basket of avocados from their tree, and I love avocados so much, I’ve been implementing them in all meals; however, I just can’t keep up. I have about 5 huge avocados left and they’re getting squishy/they have deep brown spots when I cut them open. Eating them raw like this is difficult because you can’t just scrape them off at this point. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas for rotting avocados? Or is it done for?
