Fender Bassman

Hello, I wanted to see if anyone had experience with a Fender Bassman head/cabinet. A local shop has one and it looks amazing but at almost 2k I have no idea if I should even consider it. Since I dabble in guitar and bass, I was thinking it could be the only amp I need. I’ve got a couple of Fender Devilles and a bass amp I could trade in. Just wanted to see if anybody has used the head/cabinet for guitar and bass as well.
