Getting removed from the lounge wait list is ridiculous

You make me have a 1 hr wait list so i need to guess how long security and stuff is going to take and pray that I don't get delayed in any way or I'm SOL on lounge access. Why is there not an option when it's your turn to bump yourself a few spots on WL if you're still on your way, this is 2026. Do other lounges like Centurion with long waits just boot you off the list like this?
