Burning? Stinging?

It’s almost been three weeks since my c section. Everything seems to be healing nicely. I’ve noticed the stinging around my incision has gone up about an inch to I guess an incision inside. Is this normal? I get around great and feel good my incision no longer hurts but the inside kind of does. Has anyone else experienced this?
