why is Roblox doing this

so I have been trying My hardest to get over the 60 fps cap in Roblox rivals so my phone is a oppo Reno 14 which can get up to 120 fps in game's like PUBG MOBILE and Free fire but Evan with high performance mode and high screen screen refreshment rate I still get 60 fps I think they do this because the are scared phones like Samsung A16 which is a budget phone will overheat but phone have system hardware if a modern smart phone over heat s it will shut the phone down
