Hot flashes/ night sweats

Does anyone ever get severe hot flashes and night sweats throughout the night for days straight taking 7oh? I take moderate amounts, same I have been for over a year and I’ve never had this but there’s nothing else I’m consuming that would cause this. Not drinking and don’t do drugs. But I’ve been waking up every hour soaked, while feeling super cold and hot at the same time then throughout the day, I’m extremely hot and seating a bunch (but feels like not enough because the heat is overwhelming) but even when I’m in a room that’s 68 degrees with a fan and ac blowing around. It’s been the past 3-4 days like this so far and it’s feeling like it’s getting worse.
