3 days off of xans after a 2 week bender, when will it get easier?

Hey guys i’m 20/M from hungary europe.

I made a post here and y’all made me want to sober up. So thanks for everyone.

So far i’m 3 days sober from a 2 week 1 mg xanax bender which was going on for like 2 weeks. I’ve been doing benders which looked like i did 1 mg xans for a few weeks then i stopped for a few weeks then doing this cycle again ever since april 2026.

The first day was the worst, super bad anxiety and irritability / anger for no reason. Luckily the anxiety stopped but i am still angry for no reason, like i feel angry. It’s weird. Is this normal withdrawal or something? Luckily i didn’t had any physical withdrawals only this angriness and anxiety, also a strong urge to get high again:((

Will it get easier with time? Also please talk me out of relapsing tomorrow, because tomorrow my dad won’t be around and i could be high alone, which isn’t a good thing to do, but mentally i’m really hooked on xans.
