Need help with ban appeal process

Hello! I was wondering if there were any mods/employees that could help my friend out? My friend has been trying to get a review for a ban (that I believe she is wrongfully accused for lol) that hit her account for the past 3 weeks but hasn't gotten anywhere. She's submitted 3 reviews but in each review she's submitted they stop responding entirely after a couple of days. Any advice is much appreciated as well! Thank you
