Ex Partner recorded me without my consent what do I do?

To start, I'm looking for advice on: if there are sites and communities for these things (I assume there are, but I know absolutely nothing about them), and just general advice. Any recommendations are welcome. I'm pretty lost in about a million thoughts.

About five years ago, my partner at the time assaulted me in my sleep. I woke up during it and was very confused about how to feel. I was pretty young at the time (19) and hadn't ever dealt with anything like that before. I went back to sleep, and the next morning, I had a gut feeling to check his phone. He had cheated on me quite a bit, and I had been feeling uneasy from the night before. Like I said, I was young, and my brain didn't know how to put into words what had happened.

I went through his phone and found out he was cheating on me yet again, but I also found that he had been taking pictures of me nude without my knowledge for quite some time. I also found a video from the night before of him SA'ing me.

The part that has me posting here for advice is that, in the video, he starts recording, sets the phone up, and then smiles and gives the camera a thumbs up.

Now that I've gotten older and processed everything, and after hearing different stories about women being filmed by their partners, I can't help but wonder: Who was the thumbs-up for? What sort of communities are there for this content? Again I'm really lost and just looking for any help.
