Skoda infotainment system

I need your advice.

I have booked my kylaq classic plus (carbon steel) . The dealer suggested me 9 inch infotainment system. However, I see a number of people online complaining about kylaq for infotainment system. Although majority of people are facing issues with 7 inch system.

Please share your experience with 9 inch infotainment system. Is it good ? If not what other option I have ? Any risk in getting aftermarket.
