SB 1 B/B question
ok so i only picked A bc thats the only enzyme i know about from the pentose phosphate pathway. how in depth do we have to know this pathway? i know it produces NADPH and pentose (ribose-5-phosphate) and R5P is used for nucleotide synthesis while NADPH is used for protection from ROS and is used as a reducing agent and fatty acid synthesis. should i just memorize the pathway and the enzymes/substrates?
