For those earning 50k+ AED/month in the UAE — what does your lifestyle look like?
After a lot of hard work and time, I’ve finally reached the 50k+ AED/month income bracket. I’m not in a rush to increase my spending, but I’m curious to understand how others in a similar income range manage their lifestyle.
Would love to know roughly how much you spend on:
🏠 Housing/rent or mortgage
🚗 Car(s) and transportation
👶 Childcare/education/school
🍽️ Dining, travel and entertainment
💰 Savings and investments
I know everyone’s priorities are different, so I’m particularly interested in what you choose to spend more on and why.
What’s one area where you have a “no compromise” approach, even if it costs more? And conversely, where do you deliberately keep spending under control?
Not looking for exact numbers or trying to compare lifestyles — just trying to get a better sense of how people who have reached this income level think about lifestyle inflation, spending and wealth building.
Would be great to hear from people who’ve been in this income bracket for a few years, as well as those who recently got there.
