At this point have life I have no friends.

I am 28 (M). I never had a lot of friends but I always had some. But after graduating I feel totally isolated and lonely. I feel like I have no one I can rely on. No one messages me, no one checks on me, and no one invites me on outings anymore. I work from home so I feel like I am stuck in a room. It's well above 2 am here and I am just logging in to different social media just for some human interaction. Life is so lonely now.
