Blowing Out Fuel Tank Vent

Hi All, on a recent fill-up the pump didn’t shut off so it filled all the way up to the fuel inlet. On the subsequent fill it was barely taking fuel and I could hear a gurgling sound coming from the flush mount fuel vent. My assumption is that there is fuel trapped in the vent line and it just needs to be blown out.

My question is: How, exactly, do I go about blowing it out?

I’ve never dealt with it before and don’t want to do any damage. Do I just get some compressed air, insert it into the vent and let it rip for a couple seconds or do I need to use a specific PSI? Any other recommendations or advice?
