PS3 Slim Hen - I can't Login in my account

So guys, I recently buy a PS3 slim (Cech-3004B) and come with HEN already install and a mmCM, and come to with a external HD with some shit installed too, so I believed everything all right to just pick and play.

But besides for my collection, I want to be able to play some games and get their trophies and when I go to Log In, the system asks for a update of software and when I go to update the system a message of PS3Xploit.me show up asking to stay in this firmware.

I'm new in the PS3 and all this bullshit about HEN, so my questions are:

I can only update the system and will be fine?

If not, I need a new version of HEN?

And will be better resetting everything and start from the begging?
