Praying the Rosary and getting distracted

Hello, I have been Catholic all my life but this is the first time where I set time to pray with the rosary at night before bed. Every time I tried to pray, a guy who I have ghosted keeps appearing in my mind. I try pulling up a photo of Mary when he comes to my head. But, it’s not working. I even tried playing gospel music in the background. What do you suggest when I am praying so I can fully focus on God, Jesus, and Mary?
