I feel like I am the only one that tries and truly ACTUALLY works remotely on my team.

I work full time for a Fortune 500 company, I work on a small team <8 employees with one direct manager.

We are hybrid and during office days I will say for the most part I don’t pick up on performance issues with my team mates, however when some are home I’ve noticed some frustrating patterns:

- No one replies to their instant messages (there seems to always be a 15-30 minute wait time) we are low level processors

-Work out of a shared mailbox and there are days where my colleagues do not send a single email. We do not generally get forwarded requests directly as our work requires documentation and backup

- if a volunteer is required to assist with a project, it’s always the same two people replying.

Does anyone else feel this way or notice similar patterns in their hybrid teams?

I know the grass isn’t greener on the other side but I am considering looking for a new position because I just feel overworked due to other people’s lack of accountability and it’s not being addressed and it is making me feel burned out.
