Need urgent advice after second dose of miso

I took mifepristone and misoprostol ( 2 swallowed with water and 2 through vagina) on 31st July…after a week In follow ultra sound there was 1.5x1.3cm RPOC retained. So my doc told me to take miso again for 2 nights (2 each night under the tongue). The first night I didn’t feel it dissolved it turned into a gooey paste and I swallowed that with water. The second night It dissolved completely under my tongue and on 2nd night I felt cramps and other side effects on miso. However my concern is on the first night I saw some spotting but since the second and last dose of miso which was 48 hours ago atp there is no spotting or bleeding. My doc before prescribing that I should take this second dose and the RPOC should pass by my next period and I read similar stories on Reddit that is during the first period after abortion but am I misinformed ? Should I go for D&E now ? Should I wait for period ? When should I expect my period ? My last dose of miso was 11th August. Please advice am panicking mostly because I didn’t bleed at all despite having cramps/nauseua/mild fever etc.
