22M [M4F] will be visiting Köln soon and i wonder how the hookup scene is in that city

I am a 22M who would love to start hookiup, however i lack some confidence in my home city so why not do it abroad.
I wonder how it goes to meet up with someone, certainly in a city i don’t know much of yet
